Our story
Boubrik started with a family recipe and an oven that was too small. What began on the side became a shop where cinnamon and orange blossom reach the pavement.
We work the way it is worked at home: dough folded by hand, tagines given the hours they need, and nothing made a day earlier than it has to be.
All our meat comes from a certified halal butcher. The certificate hangs in the shop and can be seen on request.
